Hailing from the Kanoi family that shaped India’s tea legacy, we could have easily traversed a well-established path. Instead, we had other plans, wanting to carve out our own path and build our own legacy. We started with one of the country’s first floriculture greenhouse projects in Bengaluru, wherein our love for flowers was ignited.
In 1997, we entered the wedding industry, bringing with us a deep sense of aesthetics and a fresh approach to design. Bengaluru took notice, and by 2002, we had expanded into Chennai and Coimbatore, launching successful wedding franchises that brought floral finesse and thoughtful execution to celebrations across South India.
Our journey has been anything but linear. With a story spanning three decades, we have remained closely connected to that ever-evolving flower industry and the larger ecosystem of events and weddings. We have collaborated with leading luxury hotels, destination venues, international and state tourism boards, influencers, bloggers, growers, designers, and planners, all with a single purpose: to bring meaning, beauty, and attention to detail to every celebration.
Srikant is a serial entrepreneur, guided by vision rather than volume. Through KDB Global Artists, he bridges borders by bringing global talent and music to stages across the world. He founded VenueInfluencer.com, a platform that helps clients discover venues that truly reflect their vibe, energy, and story. He also leads Ethereal Celebration Management, a full-service wedding planning and event firm, and runs Nupur Dreamz, a boutique floral supply company that brings freshness and finesse to celebrations. Adding to this, he co-founded Brandfluenzers, a collaborative influencer network that connects brands with authentic voices and audiences.
His leadership extends beyond entrepreneurship. Srikant serves as a Director at the Grower Flower Council of India and is the Founding Vice President of the Karnataka Event Management Association, a platform that has helped shape the state’s event landscape. He also holds the position of Vice President of the India Florist Association, where he champions innovation and fair practices within the trade.
His commitment also stretches into international collaborations. He plays an active role in big IPs and their global associations and chapters, including BIG Awards, Glamour & Connection, and Wedding Wows. Adding to this, he proudly represents Wedded Wonderland as their India Global Chapter Head, building bridges between India’s creative industry and global networks.
