TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope

 

These Terms apply to all services offered under the umbrella of Srikant Kanoi & Verticals, including but not limited to:

 

  • Ethereal Celebration Management (Event & Wedding Planning)

  • Nupur Dreamz (Floral & Décor Design)

  • Brandfluenzers (Influencer & Creator Network)

  • And all future subsidiaries or creative partnerships.

 

 

2. Engagement & Deliverables

 

All services are defined via formal proposals, quotations, or Memorandums of Understanding (MOU). Deliverables and timelines are mutually agreed upon before commencement.

 

3. Payments & Fees

 

  • Professional fees and advance payments confirm engagement.
  • Payment milestones and due dates are binding.
  • 100% payment is to be cleared 2 weeks before the event.
  • Delay in payments may pause service delivery.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable beyond agreed cancellation windows.

 

 

4. Cancellation & Refunds

 

Cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned in individual contracts. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting confirmed vendor commitments and administrative costs.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate information and timely approvals.

  • Respect creative ownership and proprietary designs.

  • Maintain decorum and lawful conduct at all events or shoots.

 

 

6. Vendor & Partner Relations

 

Vendors, collaborators, and creators associated under Srikant Kanoi’s ecosystem must adhere to professionalism, brand ethics, and confidentiality at all times.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All creative ideas, visuals, concepts, and strategies remain the intellectual property of Srikant Kanoi & Verticals unless explicitly transferred in writing.

 

8. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or cancellations arising from natural calamities, pandemics, political disruptions, or other unforeseeable events.

 

9. Liability

 

We ensure professional execution but are not responsible for indirect losses, damages, or third-party negligence beyond our control.

 

10. Governing Law

 

All transactions and agreements fall under the jurisdiction of Indian law, with arbitration in Bangalore.
